How much does a complete flat renovation cost?

It depends on the size, the condition and the finish level. After a free survey you receive an itemised quote with a fixed total — the price only changes if you change the scope.

Can we stay in the flat during the renovation?

For a complete renovation we usually recommend moving out. For partial work we can plan the stages so you can keep living at home.

Do you handle everything, or do I need other contractors?

We handle every trade — demolition, utilities, walls, floors, tiling, painting and finishing — with one contact person and one schedule.
