This notice explains how we handle your personal data when you use eav-home.hu or contact us. We process data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 on informational self-determination.

2. Contacting us and quote requests
The contact form on this website does not send or store any data: the “Write the email” button opens a pre-filled message in your own email app, which you send yourself. When you contact us by email or phone, we process the details you provide.

3. Analytics (Google Analytics) — only with your consent
If you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. Without your consent Google Analytics is not loaded and sets no cookies.

4. Technically necessary data
Your cookie choice is stored in your browser’s local storage (key “eav-consent”) so we don’t ask again. This is not a cookie and is never sent to us. Our hosting provider logs requests (IP address, time, page requested) for security purposes, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, to object to processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Send your request to contact@eav-home.hu; we reply within one month at the latest.
7. Remedies
You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11, postal address: 1363 Budapest, Pf. 9., ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu, naih.hu) or take the matter to court, including the court of your place of residence.
