Questions we hear most often
How much does a renovation cost?
Every home is different, so we don’t quote blind. After a free on-site survey you receive an itemised quote with a fixed total. The price only changes if you change the scope.
Are the survey and the quote really free?
Yes. The on-site survey and the detailed quote are free and come with no obligation.
Where do you work?
We work across Hungary. Tell us where your property is and we will arrange the survey.
How long will the work take?
It depends on the scope. We agree a written schedule together with the quote and keep to it.
Do you supply the materials?
Either way works: we source premium materials at trade prices, or we work with the materials you choose.
Which languages do you speak?
Hungarian, English and Ukrainian — so you can discuss every detail in the language you are most comfortable with.
Do you give a warranty?
Yes. Warranty terms are written into the contract, and we stand behind our work after handover.
